Impact
Sun Fire V480/V880 with MAN3735FC (73.4GB) FC-AL internal disk drives in dual loop configuration may go offline, report transport errors and stop reporting I/O to both loops on the system due to a disk drive firmware issue.

This issue only occurs with the drive in dual loop configuration.

To determine if a Sun Fire V480/V880 system contains this drive type, do one of the following:
A. If the system is down, run the "probe-scsi-all" command from the "ok" prompt:
